Head Coach Kolleen Benz
Kolleen has been involved with cheerleading for numerous years ranging from traditional sideline, school competitive, all-star competitive, college sideline, college competitive, to recreational acrobatics and gymnastics. She has coached at a variety all-star gyms and other sports complexes as well as schools. She was also a staff member for the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) owned by Varsity Brands. Her passions within cheerleading include physical and emotional fitness, flexibility, and versatility. By instilling strong work ethic, teamwork, and community values into her athletes she leads her teams to new heights and loves to watch them progress. Her favorite aspect of cheerleading is partner stunts and the timeout cheer. She looks to bring fresh choreography and traditions wherever she goes.

Elementary Coach Allison Powers
Allison Powers is the Anoka Mini Cheer Coach, and she graduated from Centennial High School in 2016 as a varsity cheerleader with 7 total years cheering on middle school competition, sideline football, and varsity competition teams. She is currently taking time off of college from pursuing my Associate's Degree in Communication Studies, then to a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. During this time she is also working full time as a paraprofessional at Crooked Lake Elementary.
